What's your beauty routine?

It's important to keep on top of your daily/weekly/monthly maintenance. I recommend making a note in your diary of when your due for your next salon appointment or home beauty session. As I'm on a budget the only thing I get done professionally is my haircut, recently I've even been converted to colour at home (with much success). What follows is my routine, it's not gospel...

Daily: Morning - Wash face with gentle facescrub to remove dead and dull skin, moisturise to hydrate, in summer time or if you want a glow follow with a holiday skin moisturiser, if you can stretch to it use an eyecream to combat those dark circles under eyes, this skin is very sensitive. Brush teeth. Pluck any stray hairs under brow. Apply make-up and perfume. Style hair. Apply body lotion (could be a tanning one) if you've just had a shower. Apply hand lotion whenever needed.
Evening: Remove make-up with cleansing cloth, facescrub and moisturise. Brush teeth.
Every other day or after sport: Shower, wash and scrub, shave and beautify hair!

Weekly: Spend some time in the bath getting rid of dead skin on heels with pumice stone and trimming toenails. Tidy up fingernails just so they look neat I don't go in for polish unless I'm going out. Deep pore cleasing strip for nose and hydrating face mask. Body scrub in shower.

Monthly/six weeks: Get hair cut and coloured. Remove any offending hair that you've missed (upper lip?). Sort through beauty products and throw what is smelly/icky, store what you're not using and look after what you do.
