Today I headed to a country pub for lunch with my mum and dad.
I wore a dark grey v-neck tee, a french blue v-neck sweater, dark blue straight-leg jeans, pink pash and metallic coral wedges. The colours in this outfit worked really well together, the basics were quite neutral and the pink was subtle whilst the coral gave a splash of colour but was far away enough not to clash.
Having said that the fot of the sweater and jeans is not great. Because the jeans are low slung i get really bad bad builders bum if I crouch and don't get me started on the muffin tops. The sweater fits but with the jeans being so tight I look bulky on top! I've worn this sweater with my flattering slim black trousers and it looks great becasue their are no offending muffin tops to cling to. So, the proof is in the pudding, I NEED a great pair of jeans that FIT!!!
